6 weekly sessions – each session is a 50 minute Online Prenatal Yoga class designed for beginners, particularly those who are over 12 weeks pregnant and have been cleared by their healthcare provider to start Yoga.
The class will emphasise gentle movement, mindfulness, breathwork and offering modifications to ensure comfort for both mum and baby throughout the practice.
Whether you’re new to Yoga or just new to Prenatal Yoga, this class will help you connect with your body and create a sense of calm and relaxation.
You’ll need:
- A doctor, midwife or health visitor’s sign-off to begin prenatal yoga exercise.
- A yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, birthing ball and blanket for comfort.
- A working camera so we can support you during the sessions.
