A 6 week course, each session is a 50 minute Postnatal (Mum & Baby) Yoga class: 6 Weeks Online Course
Reconnect, recover and bond with baby— all from the comfort of your home.
Our gentle and empowering Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga classes are designed especially for new mums ready to support their body’s healing, ease into movement and share beautiful moments with baby.
This 6 week online course is perfect for beginners.
All sessions are live and fully interactive, giving you real-time support, guidance and connection with other mums.
What’s included:
- A progressive weekly structure to gently rebuild strength, core stability and pelvic floor awareness.
- Breathing techniques and mindfulness to reduce stress and support emotional wellbeing.
- Baby safe movements, soothing holds and interaction to enhance your bond.
Babies are welcome to feed, nap, cry or cuddle – this is a fully baby friendly space!
You’ll need:
- A doctor, midwife or health visitor’s sign-off to begin postnatal exercise (usually after 6–8 weeks postpartum).
- A yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, birthing ball and blanket
- A working camera so we can support you safely and personally during the session.
