For Beginners and Beyond

Hi, I’m Sat Chana, your Yoga teacher!

I am a registered 200 hour Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.

My mission is to share the transformative benefits of Vinyasa Yoga with Beginners/Intermediates and expectant mothers to foster calmness and joy in to your lives.

I started practicing Yoga over 9 years ago during pregnancy when I was suffering with extreme sciatica and pelvic pain. I wanted to feel empowered and in control of my body during labour, and Yoga provided me with guidance to do this.

Since then I fell in love with Yoga and utilised the techniques I learnt from Yoga throughout my second pregnancy alongside breathwork, and was able to part deliver my second baby whilst on the way to the hospital.

I am passionate about helping people create a life of wellness that reflects their values and personal needs so they can live a more embodied and fulfilling life.

Yoga brings a calmness to our mind, soul and wellbeing as it allows us to be still and grateful for each moment. I loved the calmness, joy and empowerment Yoga provided me and I want to share this with you!

I offer classes to beginners and intermediate levels and also offer bespoke personalised 1-1 private sessions online to suit your needs.

My classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic Vinyasa flow style. You can expect to move, breathe and find stillness during the sessions.
