A 45 minute Vinyasa Flow class designed for Beginners and those new to Yoga.

In this session online, we’ll guide you through a series of simple yet powerful movements, linking breath with movement in a gentle and mindful flow.

Whether you’re new to yoga or simply want to deepen your practice, this class will help you build strength, flexibility, and focus, while cultivating a sense of peace and calm.

This class is ideal for those who are new to yoga or want to refresh their practice in a supportive, beginner friendly environment.

No prior experience is required – just come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to explore your body and breath.

Props: A Yoga mat, a blanket or cushion for comfort, 2 blocks for support and a working camera for the virtual session online.
