This document outlines the rules and regulations that govern the use of our services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Our terms and conditions cover several critical areas, including user responsibilities, content ownership, and limitations on liability.

Users are expected to respect the rights of others and refrain from any activities that may harm our website or its users. Additionally, all content uploaded or submitted to our platforms remains the property of the original creator, while we retain the right to use it as stated in our privacy policy.

All physical postures instructed by the teacher are to be undertaken by you with sensible judgement, if something feels painful, don’t do it. Trust your own guidance, and listen to your body. Risk of injury within the context of yoga is minimal, but when you are moving your body, there is always a risk.
By participating in group yoga classes in person or online, you agree that you are physically able to practice Yoga and that Peace of Yoga is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident or loss to personal possessions.
Peace of Yoga is not responsible for any injuries you may experience as a result of your use of any material found on the business website or Peace of Yoga social media platforms.
You understand whilst practising online and in person you are responsible for choosing and taking suitable modifications within your practice and if you choose to divert from the general instructions of the class, then you are doing so at your own discretion.
Bookings for classes should be made in advance in order to secure a place. By participating in group yoga classes in person or online, you agree that you are physically able to practice yoga and that Peace of Yoga is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident or loss to personal possessions.
Bookings and payments are made online. If you are unable to book online please contact info@peaceofyoga.co.uk
Payment should be made in advance before you attend the class. Some group classes have an option to amend booking or change the date, see individual class description. Payment for classes are non-refundable unless in the case of serious illness or other emergency and should be discussed with Peace of Yoga.
If we need to cancel a class (due to illness or personal issues) which you have paid for in advance we will refund you the full amount or offer a transfer.
Not medical, mental health, or religious advice. You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional well-being during our work together. This work is solely educational. Yoga practice is not counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment and is not a substitute for professional therapy if needed. I am not, nor am I holding myself out to be a medical professional, mental health professional, counsellor or coach. As a Yoga teacher, I am not providing health care, medical or nutritional services, or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical, mental or emotional issue, disease or condition. The information provided via our Classes, Website or social media platforms pertaining to your health and wellness, or any other aspect of your life is not intended to be a substitute for the professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment provided by your own medical provider or mental health provider. You agree and acknowledge that Peace of Yoga are not providing medical advice, mental health advice, or religious advice in any way. Always seek the advice of your own medical provider and / or mental health provider regarding any questions or concerns you have about your specific health needs before implementing any recommendations or suggestions from our Classes, Website or social media platforms.

Terms and Conditions for Private Sessions (1-1 Online Only)

All cancellations of private sessions online should be made within 48 hours, or full session fee will apply.
In the case of sudden illness or emergency, please contact Peace of Yoga as soon as possible on info@peaceofyoga.co.uk Re-scheduling will depend on session time availability.
If for any reason Peace of Yoga needs to cancel due to illness or emergencies we will contact you with as much notice as possible.

Pricing & Payments for Private Lessons (1-1 Online only)

Pricing is set by an hourly session rate. Rates available upon request with discounts available for packages. I will supply private sessions online (1-1) Yoga rates upon request. If agreed in advance, payment can be on a session-by-session basis. Private (1-1) sessions are online. Payment must be made in advance of the session to confirm your booking, and bank details will be provided upon request.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on Peace of Yoga website and our social media platforms and the copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting in that Content, unless specifically labelled otherwise, belongs to or has been licensed by Peace of Yoga. All Content is protected by applicable United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws and treaties.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence, store, or in any other manner re-use Content from Peace of Yoga unless given express written permission to do so by Peace of Yoga.

You do not use any logos or trade marks displayed on Peace of Yoga without our express written permission. You do not do so in a way that is calculated to damage Peace of Yoga reputation or to take unfair advantage of it.

You can contact us at any time, but you must not communicate in a way that is obscene, deliberately offensive, hateful or otherwise inflammatory; or submit information that promotes violence; or submit information that promotes or assists in any form of unlawful activity or submit information that discriminates against, or is in any way defamatory of, any person, group or class of persons, race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age or submit information that is calculated or is otherwise likely to deceive.
