This 45 minute Vinyasa Flow class is designed for those who are comfortable with the basics of Yoga and want to take their practice to a more dynamic level.

We will combine mindful movement, breathwork, and a fluid sequence of asanas to build strength, flexibility, and awareness.

You can expect a moderately paced class with more dynamic transitions, allowing you to flow through postures with intention, while still focusing on breath and alignment.

This class is perfect for those who are ready to move beyond basic Vinyasa and explore a more dynamic, energetic flow. Whether you’re looking to challenge your strength, flexibility, or coordination, this class will leave you feeling invigorated and balanced, both physically and mentally.

Props: A Yoga mat, a blanket or cushion for comfort, and 2 blocks for support and a working camera or virtual session online.
